Hopefully you'll see this review before the end of the day. A correction, and reversal of the surprising and inaccurate diagnoses would be good. Email to both email addresses, which you will know by now, would be useful, thank you; so I know there is positive action being taken, initially ASAP: Acceptance and acknowledgement of previously given explanations (reasons for these unfortunate events etc.) is all that's required for this; from/via my current doctors, if anything, eventually - thank you. With as much information as possible, thanks. • Phone call, and eventual letter of confirmation of the miscommunication or misunderstandings is reasonably expected/required; as well as no further harassment, which you all would be aware of by now, thank you. Initial email to both of my email addresses including the following: Driving licence ASAP as well please (as promised and should never have been taken. Anything to trouble me and family was the mentality exhibited and planned, as you said). Family to be 'uncontrolled' and ‘uninfluenced’ harmfully, where there was intent especially, by you all, too. This is a right any UK citizen can reasonably expect…we are not here to be harmed by healthcare staff (HCS), University staff, past or present, and all else involved. Otherwise, further drain on resources will be resultant, and would be unreasonable ~ Further reports are already prepared (for similar but more detailed reviews). This assessment is aimed to be adequate. If any continued harm occurs towards me, or my family, which would be quite stupid, certainly by now, there is plenty of further feedback regarding almost everything, ready for immediate dispatch on top of that already written anyway, some sent to other groups, via this anonymous email address - so nothing to worry about specifically - at present. I have always tried being considerate and non-confrontational to begin with. I have proven myself, which I’m sure you’re grateful for. Please have more professional and compassionate consideration for other HCS as well as the public generally (including family); it would save taxpayer money, as I’m sure you all know by now (hopefully care more about now as well, thanks to the persistence of those not willing to further be intimidated, I suspect). Many media events are attributable to this inflicted mentality, which I’ve observed and suffered, as I’ve been told to many of your ‘associates’. Enough help has been received to get me this far – this should be more than enough justification to stop harassing me by now. So many of them I don’t even know. I hope not too much embarrassment has been caused by anyone anywhere i.e. through these ‘hits’; unfortunately, I’ve suffered too much in all ways, as has the NHS presumably, with all the misguided treatment towards weaknesses or people, in these circumstances; which, there isn’t any no right to complain about, considering your involvement here, academic, health, ‘research’ etc. Hopefully accepting responsibility by those so deeply in search of this type of ‘respect’ should suffice, alongside rewards gained through these unnecessary ‘hits’ (or whatever they are to be called). I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years and I can honestly say that this has been a truly exceptional surgery. The GPs are caring and astute, providing consistently accurate diagnostic evaluations and giving excellent advice and treatment. I (and my family) have always had the best care and consider ourselves very fortunate to be patients at this very friendly, reliable practice.
