Get appointment takes ages. Then when ambulance told me to make an emergency appointment I called 2 mornings and by the time got through (20min) all the appointment been taken. Only when start to shout the receptionist start to look through notes and say I need it actually... Then after having surgery work requested light duty letter and by the time they can do it, I have been healed 😣 first one this bad I have ever seen.
