Extremely rude and unhelpful people answering the phone. I got diagnosed over the phone as I couldn’t get an appointment. This was on Monday. The doctor told me to phone back and book an appointment Wednesday if I was still suffering which I was so I phoned back, had the joy of speaking to the same rude person over the phone again who wouldn’t give me an appointment and told me I had to phone up every morning at 8am or go there and see if I could be seen so I went to the walk in centre and turns out the doctor who diagnosed me over the phone diagnosed me incorrectly! Avoid at all costs. Luckily I have registered elsewhere!

Absolutely disgusting: after 4 days attempting to get through on the phone, I traveled 2 miles to the surgery to get an appointment for the following day.

Not the doctors I am complaing about, it the poor service on the phone, very slow system. It can only have ten people on hold to try make an appointment and when you do get through the way the whole call is handled is poor and unprofessional. Phone system definitely needs updating

The worst surgery in Bristol. the Staff is very rude. Doctor Barber made lots of Medical negligence. Doctor Barber Issues a wrong diagnosis of the disease and prescribe inappropriate drugs. Please avoid this place!!
