18 months in from Covid this surgery is still reluctant to see patients can't get an appontment. My mother who is 83 years old suffers dementia and also has a heart conditon and other problems. I have telephoned 3 times since Covid for an appointment without success but a On 2 occasions they readily prescribed antibiotics without actually seeing her. But they can make appointments for routine bloods of which we had an appointment on Thursday and was expected to wait outside as they are not letting anyone in the building for 40 minutes as they were behind its just not good enough
