Phone lines are terrible. Constantly phoning in from 8am and still at near enough 9am they are full. I got through once they answered 1 call and then I got cut off. And still trying to get through. Its getting a joke. However brilliant doctors and brilliant care.
Hard to get thru by phone. Always busy, answered by answering machine. Receptionist not helpful at all. Totally appalling.
Excellent surgery, go above and beyond to be honest. Never had an issue.
Receptionists are just useless there and the doctors are okay but some dont listen
Very rude reception staff at linkway medical centre, no professionalism at all. They seem to have an attitude problem and to think these people are dealing with vulnerable people.
Waited 90 minutes on the phone to then be told there were no video appointments left. Eventually, I managed to persuade the receptionist telling her it was urgent. Disgraceful way to run a practice.
