If only there is the option of a zero rating. I had to leave this practice due to some of the GPs bad practice. Also, I’d like to mention that both of the old blonde haired receptionist are extremely rude and made me feel so unwelcome every time I visited. If your patients have something wrong that’s not being solved, then of course they are going to revisit! If you don’t like your job, then leave instead of making patients feel bad about revisiting the practice.

The receptionists attitudes are absolutely vile, I was so polite to them but in return I got rude looks their manner is appalling.

I visited the sexual health clinic here and it was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and modern. Can't fault a thing with it.
