exactly the same problem starts ringing the surgery then automated voice giving u information on another doctors in the hospital i have tried 12 times now

I've been waiting on the phone for well over 10 minutes trying to get into contact with a staff member to rearrange an appointment time, called four times and I've only received the automated voice. I've been in queue position 1 for the entirety of the time. I can't expect someone to lool after my health if they can't answer a phone!!
