Confusing, cluttered website. Phone line has the most irritating music and interrupting recorded announcements that make you think the phone has been answered when it hasn’t. Rude and dismissive receptionists. Almost impossible to be allowed to see a doctor in person and can only get a telephone appointment where they call you in five days.

What a useless bunch of (can't think of a polite term to put here) St Austell Healthcare is. Had the same accurate results for years no issues until St A H came into being and now they just can't get it right. No option for those of is on St Austell either it them or no one. Totally fed up! Think it's easier to just wait have a bad asthma attack an call 999 than to deal with these people 😡
