My brother went here for help with very high blood pressure for a man of his years and found no help at all, pathetic!!!!. The counter staff are unfit to be dealing with the public and would best be described as antagonistic and a waste of space!. The practice is unclean and the doctors are no help whatsoever!!!. complete disgrace to the tax payers money!!! It's a shambles!! Close it down!!!

Extremely rude and patronizing. Do not see if you are a minor, and do not take your children to see her. Do not see her for any reasons regarding mental health or other medication, you will be made to feel worthless.  If you are suicidal, DO NOT see her, I would not even risk going to this clinic as quite a number of doctors are incompetent when it comes to such problems. Yes, A&E is not the place for mental health issues, but with such awful services from regular doctors, it is no wonder those such as myself end up there to FINALLY get some proper help.

Dr mccrickard and doctor Dixon do not have a clue about depression and anxiety... the first accused me of faking to get time off work.. if the patronising biggot had bothered to check my medical history he'd have seen I've previously attempted suicide and suffered with anxiety and depression for 20 some years... and his attitude made me far worse.. no wonder people struggle to come forward and open up about mental health with such incompetence about.

The latter told me to just have a positive attitude like its a switch u can flick on and off when u want... complete incompetent fools when it comes to handling mental health issues... you come out feeling worse than u did before u went in!!!

If u have to use this practice then please ask for Dr Egerton she is efficient and caring and understanding without being soppy or over the top.. that's why I gave 1 star for the 1 good doctor I've seen there.

Doctor Flynn has to be one of the most incompetent and negligent doctors I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. If you must go to this surgery, pick any doctor but her.
