Their driver James is rude, cannot be bothered to deliver properly and needs to be pulled in for a chat about his attitude. Disgusting service and cant even be bothered to wait 30 seconds for an elderly man to come to the door. Shame on you.
I wish there was no star driver called Samuel didn’t even bother to come to knock on the door which I was in all day. he took picture of his hand and said missed delivery. Ridiculous service what an incompetence. Called depot and they made me wait entire day which he didn’t attempt again to fix his first mistake
Shockingly bad experience.nAdvised to use Royal Mail.nReceived several messages on delivery. Late running messages, but did not arrive.nCalled and was basically was told lies, as proven when tracking.nNever had this problem in London, even previously given amazing reviews.nLooking at previous reviews too late.
everytime they attempt to deliver they say they cant find the address even after i gave my number they didn't even call, 3 times this has happend in 3 days terrible service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Like someone else said earlier, if I could leave no stars I would ! I had an expensive package coming that I was really excited about. I even put in the special instructions that it could be left with the site office or next door neighbour, but instead he took a photo of the barrier and drove off without even trying the office, nor walking like 20ft past the barrier to my neighbour. Really bloody lazy drivers ! I feel sad that someone paid them for this utterly useless service !
