Yet again a notice to say they they missed us! - My cameras showed no attempted delivery. Their photo shows a completely different area of town no even remotely close! Why would their system dump a driver so off course- As with others - no contact details work - I dread ever time I see they are due to deliver - Why would good suppliers partner with such a poor service!
A parcel should have been delivered by DOD about a week ago but hasn't been. The only contact I have had is a text to say there's been an unexpected problem that's delayed the delivery but should be sorted in 24 hours. Well it hasn't and there's been no update. And trying to get to speak to anyone about it is a nightmare! Just constant recorded messages telling you nothing!
I was in but no delivery came, no doorbell was rung, and no picture of a delivery driver, they must have just sat in there van and had a sandwich
I worked at dpd my last day was Friday and they did not even pay my holiday i recommend not to go work there unless you want to work for free
If I could leave 0 stars I would.nDriver never even attempted to delivery a package at all and decided upon himself to request a pick up at local post office the following day.nWon’t be able to do that as never left a sorry we missed you card either.nI’d rather not have this company deliver anything at all as drivers are lazy
