I had 2 parcels of tools due to be delivered, the first was missed off the delivery van accidentally, so I had to go and collect it to get it that day. The second was taken to the wrong address 2 times and then the completely wrong area another 2 times. The call center are very patient and helpful and sorted out the first parcel very well, but for this second time they have been able to help, so now it is over a week and a half late and I can't even go to collect it because they "haven't located it yet", I tried to collect it. Not impressed at all, at this point I have gone back to the seller for help... *UPDATE* I contacted the sender and he inquired about it and dpd miss-understood him and ordered a return to sender.... Now I have to wait for a whole new order to arrive...
If you are looking for a courier company that will get the job done, make your company look good and deliver the goods on time. This is definitely not the one to choose. I cannot begin to understand how they managed to screw up my delivery over multiple days to the point where they were about to return it to the sender. Had I not managed at the last moment to stop it. I had to go to the depot and get it myself
So check this out Adam Johnson the driver for Dpd starts his day with my parcel on his Van half way through his day quits the job or is sacked either the manager couldn’t tell me exactly. Parcel is then rescheduled for today only for it to be returned to Tamworth during the night hold on I wanted to reschedule it’s delivery not re send it back it can’t be that hard surely what level of persons are DPD recruiting Shocking service But the helpful chap on the phone should be credited for good customer service
Absolutely shambolic this company. Trespassed on my garden to dump neighbors parcel in clear view. I was out so didn't accept this package. Parcel is now missing and customer service has said they're not doing anything about it. Useless company who quite plainly is happy for operatives to enter my garden. Next time police will be contacted.
Always a problem delivering & comparable to Evri. I always avoid this company where possible! Always different drivers, miss most deliveries to us & reliably drive off before we can even get to the gate! Awful delivery company
Appalling service from todays delivery driver from the letchworth depot who made no attempt to stop and deliver our parcel which is now late for my customer. Did a drive by photo before speeding off to say that we were not available to deliver to but I was waiting at the door for him and could see that he had not even bothered to stop to make the delivery. If I could have posted NO STARS that would have been generous.
Parcel is now 3 days late, being told now the 5th but going up every day. Was told delayed till 2nd then 3rd and now 5th and my bet is delayed again. So much for choosing my delivery date. Was a present for my misses and it's late. Thanks a bunch
Tell your staff to use the buzzer for entrances to flat communal doors. I've been in all morning waiting, just received a text saying I wasn't in and checked the buzzer works and it does. Use the buzzer.
Horrific service at Letchworth. Do not use DPD… the people that work there have not got a clue. First of all they were meant to deliver yesterday but never showed. Then today I called 4 times and spoke to various people during the day to try and confirm the delivery was coming today… and every time they said yes. Then I get a message at the end of the day saying they had returned to sender. What is going on… I called and had no compassion from the woman on the phone. Needed the item as a gift for my son on Xmas day. Thanks for ruining that…
