If you have a choice to use DPD or royal mail go with the latter. Used DPD twice in two months. First time paid for next day delivery, package arrived 4 days late. Second time the package I ordered only had to travel approx 100miles in Northern Ireland. Two days later I find out its actually in England

Horrendous service. Didn't turn up to collect an item and now they have collected and lost it. Trying to contact customer service connects to a foreign call centre which is useless. I was told to contact the police and report a theft!

I never write a bad review however after several complaints with the south down office I feel I have no choice. I couldn't recommend this office for your parcels I have been lied to many times when I was given a time slot the driver said he was at my home and he lied he never came. I have waited on the driver once I received my time slot and no parcel arrives. My home also has cameras on them and I have been able to check the time and saw no delivery, its such a disappointment that this firms service is the worst I have ever seen and therefor I just can't recommend them.

I have to chase after them after Every single mobile phone order I place with three, keep trying to deliver to the wrong address. How hard is it to read an address properly

Extremely poor recurring experiences with DPD. Lost over £1,500 worth of my orders and insurance has given me £40. Opening hours are but a suggestion. Like others have said, if you order something and it's getting delivered with DPD, cancel order and contact seller for another courier. Not worth being told they've tried to deliver something and CCTV proves theyve never been there.

Absolute disgrace of a company, saying they attempted delivery when they didn't, I've been home waiting on my parcel and had to phone office. NO attempt at delivery and NO card left but my tracking said it was carded. Not the first time I've experienced this with DPD. I'd give them no stars if I could
