Delivery drivers are obviously under pressure and I can't fault them or the quality of the packages at delivery, however the telephone, online chat service and general customer service is shocking. Delay in arranging pick ups, saying there is no such parcel or tracking number, giving false expected arrival times etc.

Once again "carded" with no card dropped through letterbox or even an attempt at delivery, I was home waiting on my package,  no one came, no one knocked, after the time had passed for the delivery window I tracked it and it said carded! WHERE IS THIS CARD?! DISGRACE OF A COMPANY. If I'd have known dpd was the delivery method I NEVER would have ordered.

Same old bull from DPD saying they tried to deliver but no one was there never left a card because they did not call at all but i was in the house all day. Why do they just not tell the truth and say they could not call due to unforseen circumstances. This is not the first time this has happened either and its always DPD.

Avoid DPD at all costs! I had 2 packages delivered to someone else with a different name, address and postcode all because our names were apparently "similar"...the names are nothing alike.  After 2 days and numerous phone calls, one of the two packages was picked up from where it was delivered was finally delivered to me after the person who signed for it and took it instead of handing it back to the driver when they saw it wasn't their name or address on the package and my phone number was on the package also  The second package "wasn't there" according to the driver and the person who had it apparently had brought it to their house and would drop it to my address that evening...later followed excuse after excuse from the person and they have stopped answering calls and texts while still having possession of my item.  If DPD had done their job and delivered to the address on the package as they should do, this wouldn't have been an issue.  DPD also have refused to offer any further help to me in this situation and have left me to resolve this issue myself.

You are a total waste of Space you have lied to me fobbed me off told me my item was delivered And that I had signed for it when I was not even in the country and yet still no answers so I have gone direct to Guitar Guitar in the UK who are a big customer of yours as I know the guys that run the network and hopefully block using you in Northern Ireland as they could loose customers through your negligence and lies!!

I would like to tell story regarding services of DPD Ireland Fermanagh - Tyrone Depot 80. First of all, driver stated I wasn't in home when in fact i was, saw his van leaving so I went outside an waived. Than I spoke with someone from depot. He promised me to speak to the driver and call me back. After 3 hours waiting I called them back and got answer that driver was here I newer said he wasn't and he's unhappy with my accusation. Well I'm unhappy with his service or it lack. It must be new company policy to blame customers. Than I was said I can meet him somwhere close find out I can meet him 5 minutes away. So I said why he can't come back in that case ? It's only 5 minutes drive. As a response I got that there's traffic. Sorry but it's BH today, town is quite like sunday. Also I asked to speak with manager, apparently it's impossible as he's delivering and he hasn't have official mobile number. I'm sorry but DPD company in here is a joke. They treat customers with no respect, blaming them for their staff failures, no wonder why on Google DPD rating is 2.1. Frankly I gave 1 star what a pitty there's no option 0

So bad! Claiming we aren't at home, returning to depo. Won't answer the telephone! How are these guys still in business!!!?

You can hide this you are the worst company ever to enter N/Ireland and its not only me saying it we hate it when we hear its coming with Dpd can't deliver a parcel 7 mile away from us the next day your con men

Friendly staff always deliver on time great services for everyone needed from parcels big and small
