My stock order was picked from a wholesale store in Belfast for next day delivery and 6 days later I still haven't received it. I need it for my business! If I could give dpd -1 I would. Their customer service are unhelpful and very, very rude. As for their newtownabbey depot. Don't even bother phoning. I was told by their customer service team that they no longer pick up when you are directed on the phone to hit no 1 to speak to them. Complete joke of a company!!!!
I had been waiting weeks on my parcelnThey kept saying delivery failed, said I wasn't home to sign for it. I have been sick for a few weeks an haven't left the house so that was lies. Eventually after ringing hundreds of times I got through and arranged the delivery.... Never again will I use dpd
Terrible customer service, driver delivered parcel to wrong address and the phone operator was trying to make a liar out of me they were no help at all trying to find out which house they actually delivered. I had to go out and start knocking doors until I found it myself.
Terrible company.didn’t made any phone calls and it’s been many days still parcel not delivered. Must avoid company
Staff wer very helpful when the sender of my parcel didnt put the house no on it they wer very professional in getting the parcel to me on time
