Ben drove right past my road and apparently there was “no one at home to take the delivery”. Ben, did you have a hot date? I hope he/she was worth it, I’ve been here all day!! Edit: In fairness to Ben, every delivery since then has been spot on time and he’s a funny and charming dude! 5* for Ben, 2* to DPD for not giving him too many deliveries in a rural area so new average of 3*!

Awful-lies,lies,lies.Stayed in ALLafternoon to wait for my parcel.No-one called.Tracked parcel-the driver could not get hold of anyone at house,and said he'd left a card with number on.Checked number.He had taken a picture of a door with card(NOT MY DOOR!!!).This was also left 2 whole hours before he was meant to call!!!! According to the log-he was at least 90 minutes away!!! LIES. Rang in the evening(took over 30 mins for someone to answer).He said that the driver had a PUNCTURE!!! Listened to more lies.Parcel finally arrived 4 days late . LEFT 1 STAR COS NOT ABLE TO LEAVE NO STARS.

Said could not find address 10 mins in the allocated time. No phone call. No nothing doesn't even deserve a star. Tried calling saying I need parcel number. Well how can I give one with no parcel

What a bloody hassle! Driver tried to deliver to the wrong address, the photo was not of our house, rearranged delivery to work the next day - it didn't arrive then either, no contact info, terrible customer service line that keep hanging up on you & the complaints line is £6/minute! Absolutely useless, will not use again!

First class service ,for whatever reason I did not hear the delivery man but they called back later and had delivery
