Always friendly, top quality service. My cat and dog love coming to the vets, they feel very safe and loved especially as they are always recognised by the friendly nurses.
I'm on benefits, but would rather be in debt to Downlands Emsworth ànd have lovely calm, caring vets treat him than PDSA label him as an aggressive dog, purely because he's an American Bulldog. The staff are fantastic at Downlands. Thank you guys from myself and Otis.
Our first visit the reception staff forgot we were there. They are obviously popular as although small the parking is inadequate. Getting blood test results was very difficult even after repeated phone calls and promises from the staff that they would get the vet to call us back. This did not happen.
Lovely vets. Always friendly and attentive for our dog Lucas who sadly passed away a few weeks ago, who finally succumbed to lymphoma following his remarkable 4-year remission with the cancer. We will always be grateful for their kindness from when he first met them to his final moments where we held his paw as he slipped away. Thank you for all you did for him
Just to clarify your obviously money grabbing on everything charging us £70 for 15mins to then tell us we need some eye drops that cost £40 and as further insult upon checking online if I could get them cheaper found the exact same eye drops for £11 is an absolute joke if you ever get medication or anything from them just check online if you can get it cheaper I'm disgusted with you guys
Brilliant all my animals are looked after and all the staff are wonderful and really caring and helpful
I’ve been coming to Downland for over two years and my experience is always very good. The vets, nurses and support staff are always friendly, caring and supportive. Most importantly, when an issue arises with one of my girls, I never struggle to get an appointment. Another huge positive is that I never feel as if I’m being sold to - a welcome change from previous experience elsewhere.
Took our Border Collie in as he was completely lethargic and unable to walk. Diagnosed a ruptured spleen and operated on him that afternoon to remove his spleen. Very positive experience all around and marvellous communication. I would, however, point out that I subsequently revisited to get some laxative for him and was charged £51.00 for what is, in effect, lactulose, that you can buy anywhere for about £5.00! Why didn't they tell us that it was lactulose before ripping us off? Would have been a 5-star review if not for the mugging on price! From a a company that made £69m profit on their last accounts!
First class veterinary service, I've got a learcher and he snapped his ligaments in both legs, downland fixed both legs and I am over the moon with the results I couldn't have ask for a better vets. I would highly recommend them First class service
My standard poodle had some urgent treatment and was managed and looked after really well. Have one of the 'pet plans' this vets offer to cover fleas, worms, vaccination & checks yearly. Saves any worry. Staff always helpful & friendly Poor Margy had a torn nail, all sorted now by the lovely people at Downlands. Got appointments quickly and felt I received excellent customer service.
