Customer care is crucial for every business and they fall well short of it, there are well known rules customer care and I do not want to teach them, let them learn them self. They normally don't return back for your calls, always lie, I contacted them for viewing a property at East Bank Street on next day on which property is listed on Rightmove and they told me only available viewing date is on Saturday and when on Friday I contacted them for the confirmation they lied to me that the tenant has covid and there is no viewing because of that. The only possible date for viewing is on Saturday for that property. I was waiting for viewing on next Saturday. On Tuesday I got mail saying that property was sold. As per their conversation nobody could not have seen the property because of covid and available date is only on Saturday. They did not let me to see the property. Not even on a single occasion they did not return the call. The only thing they do right is the fair pricing of the property.
Made arrangements for a second viewing on a property on roe lane. They never turned up and agreed a sale with someone. Nice one.....

I believe they’re a decent enough company but unfortunately, when you phone, you have to deal with Clare Tasker, who is a pathological liar. During every experience I’ve had with her, she lies about how many people are interested in properties and reserves certain properties for her friends. I’ve had enough of this estate agents on account of Clare and would therefore, steer clear of any property with this agency. If you’re having to deal with Clare, I would recommend speaking to the landlord directly to get the true story.
Got to agree with other reviews with regard to fitton estates. As others have said when dealing with Clare a ordinary enquiry is turned into one of ignored emails and phone calls not returned! My enquiry was a complete and utter waste of my time from start to finish. Avoid these guys at all costs!
