Went here for oil and filters change. We were on a road trip in Cornwall and booked the day before. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only reason for 3 stars is the price for the labour. Charging labour £120 + vat for oil and filters changed feels excessive. Reason given was two hours worth of work two people in one hour on our case. Invoice attached.
1500km from home, and the lock broke on the tailgate. Super helpful, great communication to update on delivery, and flexible on fitting to minimise impact on holiday. Thanks!
I had a flat tyre, the lovely gentleman pumped up my tyre to enable me to get back to St Austell. Didn't want any money. He checked the whole tyre thoroughly found there was a split & advised I would need to get a new one. Very helpful. Thank you so much for your help.
Broke down on holiday AA brought car here. Arron dealt with us and he was brilliant. Unfortunately parts weren't able to get here until we had to be home. He let us leave the car on his for court until AA could pick up. If you have any problems with your car without doubt bring your car here there friendly and most of all helpful. Thank you for your help you eased the stress.
Great place & the attitude of the owners is superb! Struck a pothole on Friday on my way down to see relatives & needed to get a new tyre on Saturday morning, so many places that I called couldn't replace the tyre until Monday hard as I was going back up country the same day! Contacted this garage & they got the tyres at a very good price. Other garages had been possibly able to supply, but at a much higher price! Was contacted when the tyres arrived & went to get them fitted. The owners are incredibly friendly & so enthusiastic about what they do! I would highly recommend this place. When I was contacting various places, I overheard one garage 'hard selling' another customer some tyres in addition to a back box exhaust, Luke advised me on my brakes, which I knew about & that was as far as the conversation went. Have already told a few of my relatives & hope that these guys keep working with enthusiasm, intercity & value for money.
My experience was abit shambolic to be honest. Severe lack of communication..... took car up to have work done on for MOT stated needed back by a certain time was not ready ..... came back without being re tested ... had to take it back on the Friday for re test again stated I needed back at certain time no communication went to collect it later and they had failed to fix something said they would drop it down later on.... no call until 6.35 to say had not been finished... stated again I needed it back on the Saturday by 11 no call again finally got it back 12.30 on the saturday with oil all over the windows outside the drivers side carpet not put back properly from start to finish a it was a complete shambles
