I am shocked at the level of service that this salon thinks is acceptable. The first time I had an appointment here my appointment was 15 minutes late and I was rushed. You’re supposed to feel relaxed when going to a salon, not like you’re being pushed out of the way in a hurry. I went back again today (giving it a chance and forgetting about my last experience) and when I was seated I asked about the wait and was told 15 minutes?! I couldn’t wait as I was on my lunch break, so they asked to stop another lady’s pedicure (which made me feel really uncomfortable and like I had done something wrong) just so they could quickly fit me in “in five minutes”. So once again I was rushed. No chat. Didn’t ask what I would like doing. And I was hurried out of the door. Terrible customer service. I will never ever be returning.

Fair price, beautiful and relaxing inside. Beauticians are very friendly and will chat if you want to but also not offended if you don't want to. They also know a lot about what they do and will give very good advice if you're not 100% sure what you want.

Love the girls here only place who threads my eyebrows properly and gives a lovely shape really friendly staff and reasonable prices

very happy with service came in a few times for acrylics was done very quickly also my daughter came in for shellac and it was excellent she was very happy! will definitely come again! friendly staff, lovely place! also Rebecca the lady working on reception is lovely! and great at treatments! very bubbly place!

It was my first time here and staff was lovely. Really relaxing and great to talk to. For mine waxing, she did such an amazing job in keeping me occupied I didn't even notice the discomfort. Will definitely become a regular that's for sure.
