If it is possible to give a negative point rating I would. Absolute nightmare booking an appointment. For 7 days in a row I have tried to book an appointment to discuss blood test results it seems it's never going to happen. Some days I called about 3 times but got cut off by the rubbish telephone appointment system. Today alone I have tried 8 times, only 1 time I got into the queue at number 30. Got to number 1 after 46mins and got cut off. The worst medical practice ever! The only time I got to a receptionist, she was so rude on the phone and advised all bookings gone for the day. This was before 9am in the morning. I only registered 8 weeks ago and yes I will be going elsewhere.

Dove does not match to its connotation by lightyears! The worst practice ever, no care or consideration, i wait forever on the phone to get through to them get the phone cut off. I request for emergency appointment and get told by the receptionist she will get told off by this specific dr that she booked me in. Professionalism at this practice is diabolical, you are not treated like a human and the lack of empathy and compassion when you feel so worried about your health is flabergasting. If I was an animal i would get treated better. I will be un-registering and joining the practice on college road which has much better reviews than this 2 out of 5 practice. Might I add this practice used to be amazing but it has shockingly gone downhill. You cannot trust this practice for consistency and discombobulates me that Dove is still running.

Been trying to get an appointment for last few days, everytime I ring says 13th in call queue. Today I held on as need tablets and nearly ran out, was 9th in call queue held on for 30mins and was 2nd in queue, then automated message said due to high volume of calls please call back later and cut me off! Rang straight back was 2nd in queue and took another 15mins to get through. If I am ill I never ring docotrs would rather go walk in as it is impossible to get through and impossible to get an appointment if you required one for that day

can not ever get an appointment. I'm always told to ring the next day at 8am, but realistically not every one has the time to ring at that time in the morning. The system to get an appointment is really bad.

Much like other reviews are saying, the booking of appointments is absolutely atrocious. Having only 30 minutes, from 8am to 8:30am, to book an appointment is utterly ridiculous. There are never any appointments available and to make matters worse you aren't allowed to book an appointment in a few days advance. Doctors and nurses are fairly competent, when you're able to get one that is, but never stay around for long -we even had a doctor come out to us (after a months wait) that explained the reasoning behind this to be the leading practitioners having promised them a place as co-owner of the establishment, only for that to not materialise- who later left the establishment, the constant change of doctors is not only confusing for those registered to the practice but also a cause for more backlog within the appointments system, or lack thereof. If I could give minus stars, I would have. A word to those who may be considering registering up, if you have any sense, and/or want to have some kind of healthcare, do not.
