Booked a taxi for a certain time, checked that it was booked the night before and was told it was booked for 20 mins earlier despite having the messages to prove it. I told them to leave it and had the response ‘don’t yap off to me I’m not on the phone every day, book who you like’. Unbelievable! Won’t use again!

Fantastic Service!! Following my daughters being totally cold and wet from Leeds Fest, Dougie collected them form a very wet and muddy Bramham Park, they were struggling to find the pick up point, in the dark and rain so Dougie called them and went out of his way to find them and pick up from where they were! He was well prepared with black sacks for their muddy boots too. Got them safely to a hotel and text me to let me know they were there safely (although I then found out I had mistakenly booked 2017 not 2016! and the hotel was full). Dougie was going to go back for them but we managed to arrange a room nearby at another hotel, he then rang my daughters to make sure they were ok, rang me to put my mind at rest and told my daughters he can arrange a car share back to Leeds Fest on Friday morning for them. Such an amazing person, great service above and beyond the call of duty. Thankyou Dougie, cannot praise you enough and highly recommend your private hire service.

Very pleasant and friendly driver. However got told for a 6 mile journey it would cost £20 because it was in the middle of nowhere where we got piced up from. And that all taxis charge the same. However got a different taxi back to the same place and got charged a more realistic £16.

Helped me out massively when stuck in the area. Would 100% recommend. And the driver was absolutely sound as well. Amazing service.
