First of all, love the name! Second…the choice is overwhelming. I’ve never seen such an enticing doughnut counter In the end, I managed to decide on Weekend Billionaire and Custard Cream. The salted caramel sauce in the middle of WB was, in a word, superb.
Been at least three times now. Amazing food! Lovely customer service, they always make you feel welcomed. New things everytime I go in, very excitingFood: 5/5
I stand boggle eyed looking at all the mouth watering little pieces of beautifulness, then I go for the usual, my most fave donut of all time, the red velvet. Sometimes, when I’m not even doing any shopping at east mids outlet, I do a cheeky drive by just to pick one maybe 2 up. The customer service is second to none, Paula always has the time to have a little chat, and is very professional in her work. I recommend Doughnotts to anyone that will listen. My sweet tooth is definitely satisfied after my trip. .
I recently ordered a Baker’s Creation 10” doughnut as a birthday ‘cake’ and provided a theme Terry’s chocolate orange, and the result was absolutely fantastic! Looked wonderful and tasted great as well. This also isn’t my first time purchasing from Doughnotts; my partner and I have bought many doughnuts from them over the years since they opened and the quality — both visually and taste — are always superb. If you love doughnuts, or just even have a sweet tooth, I would highly recommend trying Doughnotts, especially their premium range. I would also now recommend trying their supersized doughnuts for a special occasion. Delicious!
Wonderful doughnuts with so many vegan options I had a vegan Chocolate Crunch. They may be slightly pricier than normal doughnuts but they are huge and much better quality. The staff are lovely and genuine, too. Would certainly recommend to all :
Im a big fan of Doughnotts for a special treat. Personally I like their style of a more bready base, and I've never been disappointed. Just tucked into a Cherry Bakewell, the jam was so flavourful and had proper cherries in it, the sharpness complemented the icing and almonds perfectly. Oh, and the staff are super friendly, can't fault the service. Proud to support this fab local business.
Just a small doorway leading down to a fantastic coffee and doughnut bar, but a big treat. When we visited half the doughnuts were vegan nine in total! and they're spectacular! We had a biscoff, PB J, cinnamon swirl and choc cherry. I honestly don't know how to choose which was best, they're all incredible and very well priced especially as they're a great size. All very, very fresh. I've only given one star less than maximum because they didn't have any non-dairy milk for the coffee although I believe they usually do. For a Saturday morning though that was a shame. It definitely won't put me off coming back again and again though
What an amazing experience. Roxane was incredible in telling me all about their options and their most popular doughnuts. Just had to buy extra as treats for my friends.
I usually love doughnotts, but when I went in I felt like the server was pressuring me and kept on hassling me, without actually letting me look in peace. I felt like I had to pick what I wanted really quickly even though the shop was completely empty. Then was charged extra for a box which hasn't happened before. Without a box I'm not sure how you're meant to transport the doughnotts without them getting squashed, so feel like it's abit unfair to charge extra. I probably won't be going there again as the customer service was abit awful
I've been to many doughnut places and this ranks among the best. Superb dough, light and fluffy and delicious. The toppings and flavours are both creative and well thought out. Truly tasty. And on top of all that the staff were jolly and lovely.
