Our check-in experience was absolutely fantastic! The room was beautifully presented, and we were thrilled to see the extra bed made up just as we requested. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. Plus, the check-out process was a breeze, and the breakfast was simply excellent—such a delightful way to start the day!
Lovely hotel in a perfect central location. The 5th floor bar offers great views over The Bradford. My wife and I recently went for afternoon tea. The food was very good and high quality. My only suggestion would be to include more savoury elements. Sandwiches were nice but scones,albeit wonderful, plus an additional 4 cakes each was a bit much. Dainty sausage rolls or scotch eggs would have been welcomednThe service was faultless
Disappointed by Doubletree standards. I stayed for couple of days with kids and TV wasn't working due to antenna issue and no one was bothered to fix it.nRoom was comfortable and location was good in city centre.nParking get ready to pay £16 per night in the hotel Parking.
A fantastic location right by the waterfront, making it an ideal spot for a stay in Lincoln. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and up to the expected Hilton standards. The highlight is the superbly located Sky Bar, offering great views and a perfect setting for a relaxed evening. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure stays.
Not impressed at all!nHotel Parking has very limited spaces and you have to pay for it extra ... we paid £16 for one night, the second night we didn't get a spot and had to park in a public multi-storey car park 5 mins walk away.nRoom air-conditioning cannot be changed and woke us up in arctic conditions, and the windows cannot be opened.nThe bed was tiny double-bed and hard like a rock.nMy partner a black man felt like staff checked on him more than me. Like they kept checking he's really a guest in the hotel.
