Clean and comfortable rooms with great air conditioning. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was within a short walking distance from both the Waterloo and Knotting Hill tube stations making it easy to get anywhere in London.
Great location with a trip to Oxford Circus easy by bus. Staff are very accommodating and helpful - and error had been made in my booking by my company and they corrected it as soon as room was available next day, moving me into a disability access room.nnBreakfast plentiful and includes both hot and cold. No complaints.

This is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee . The outside view is absolutely beautiful, and with the rain falling, it feels even more magical. I’m really obsessed with this cozy vibe. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I had a split reservation three nights on the company and one night on my points. She was very quick to understand that I didn’t want to checkout and re-check in and wanted to keep the same room. She made sure everything went smoothly and coordinated with the cleaning staff. Melissa is a great asset to the Doubletree Hyde Park team. Well done!
