The staff are exceptional and nothing is a bother, you get a lovely cookie upon arrival  and the room was clean and pleasant. Only issue was breakfast... I ordered the full English and recieved the below... very disappointing but other than that a nice stay.

Clean spacious room all Covid requirements adhered too good location really helpful profesional staff no parking but car park arranged by reception only 2 min walk ,food served room service my experience although just one night deserved the 5 stars

Tasteless breakfast,which was disappointing because we always enjoyed the breakfast in other Hilton’s. Also the room was very cold at night,other than that I enjoyed staying here. The receptionists and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly.

This is an amazing, very accommodating hotel. We arrived early but was given a room right away.  The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The dining room staff was superb as well as the breakfast.  Definitely stay here when near Chelsea in London.   View from our upgraded room
