Lovely Hotel. Rooms have Heating and Fan to allow you relax in comfort. Free on-site parking which is brilliant and even the rooms without golf course/garden views are in for a treat as you can see the hills behind the houses which are amazing. Staff helpful and cheerful and are true assets to Hilton. King beds were lovely and perfect to sleep on. En suite is modern with powerful shower built in to the large bath. Tea and Coffee available in the room as well as an iron and ironing board.

We went for a spa day courtesy of a groupon voucher. The treatment was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately it was let down by the pool area. Very tired and messy with towels and dressing gowns everywhere. Not many places to sit and became packed with kids. A bit dirty feeling, the sauna and steam room are tiny and it just wasn’t very relaxing! Wasn’t really what we were picturing after a lovely massage! The changing rooms were also a bit grotty and plasters on the floor. I think as a 4 star hotel you really need to spend some money sorting it out. And rethink allowing hen and spa day groups at the same times as children playtime!

Receptionist was less than helpful. Other guests were offered homemade biscuits when they arrived. We asked about bus times and local pubs but received no help at all. Other guests also asked about local pubs but received no help either. We found a wonderful pub about 10 minutes walk away and had a super meal. When we queried an item on the bill which we genuinely didn't understand, the receptionist was unhelpful to the point of being rude. Room clean and comfortable. Food okay.

A good hotel. Advertised as a 4 star and meets that criteria. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are variable; though clean and welcoming. The variance comes from the location. A queen in the main building on the 2nd floor is a small room just big enough for the bed; where as a queen on the extended arm (room numbers in the 300+) are large and spacious. Overall a good stay.

Booked online and when I checked in it was quick. The young ladies on the reception desk were very helpful everytime I asked anything. The room itself was very clean tidy and warm. The water in the bath suite was sadly not very hot, I do like my shower to be hot. The doors for me were a noise issue, you can hear all your neighbours doors open and close clearly. This hotel is positioned right on the edge of town so means a nice long walk in to Cheltenham or a quick taxi to the town centre. I booked very much last minute so it was not cheap, not the best value more convenient than anything due to locale.
