We went on a Wednesday evening, and the only other customers were a party of 6 or so. Despite it not being busy, we were ignored and struggled to get served/pay the bill etc. The food was mediocre and didn't justify the prices a meal for two with two cocktails came to £45. Agadashi tofu was slimy, beef skewers were tough and bland, and the 'bottomless' prawn crackers were only actually refreshed twice because of the inattentive service. I thought that their music was also intrusively loud and unnecessary, I did like their menu system, and my partner really enjoyed her cocktail. It's in a good location, too - very close to town. I won't go back, and honestly couldn't recommend it. If you are after Chinese food, try .cn on City Road, or Riverside restaurant on Tudor Street just up the road from Double Super Happy.
