2 hour wait to be told they were still cooking the other … this was on a Wednesday evening at 8pm so can’t imagine what it’s like at a weekend. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again as it wasn’t worth the wait either. We spent £40 so wasn’t a small order
paid over 7£ for some cut up birdeyes chicken fillets which where bought from morrisons along side morrisions oven chips.. disaster.. dont go hereFood: 1/5
The staff were very friendly. Also enjoyed the food. Sweet and sour chicken balls amazing. Chips are always amazing, I love Chinese chips.Food: 4/5
From order to delivery 2.25 hours. After the first hour we were told it wouldn't be long. After 1.5 hours we were told 10 minutes. After 2.15 we were told they were outside our door they wern't. When it did arrive, it was clap cold. Never again.
Realised we'd been waiting a while so checked how long it had been since I place the ordere 2 hours?! And still no sign so called up for a update was give a very empty sorry like it was nothing been pretty poor service last few times we've ordered from here so will be looking else where

The female driver is a polite an well mannered young lady , service with a smile is what we like to see , food was delicious too

Good food.. appalling service. Many times you call up and they answer by saying 1 moment please.. while they take someone else order on the other phone...rude! Another issue is delivery times... if they're busy you are waiting over an hour.. most recently I ordered on big foodie, over an hour later I called them for an update, only to be told it was still in the kitchen and would be another 25 minutes!! After expressing my disbelief I was then offered a free drink, by way of apology...what a joke.. order cancelled. Such a shame, as I quite like their food but luckily there are other Chinese takeaways in the area which I will be using as I just can not forgive the poor service and the pathetic attempt to compensate for an order due 1hr 40mins after ordering with a pitiful 'Free drink'.
Even though it was late the meals were really really lovely, we've all enjoyed them so much. I was really disappointed that I just couldn't finish it because it was so lovely. Thank you new chef for a fantastic meal.
