Food is nice however, the staff are very unfriendly, unresponsive and inattentive. I asked for a small rice and caramel chicken/salt and pepper chicken box and basically got a whole plate of rice with four maybe five pieces of small chicken. I have been going here for the past three years and over the past few months the customer service has been atrocious, the staff don't look or acknowledge you most of the time. I basically paid £6 for a plate of rice, some small pieces of chicken with a side of awful service. Didn't used to be like this.

Love, love, love it! I'm a diabetic and I find when out and about with other dietary restriction this is a GREAT place to eat. Keeps my sugars stable and best of all tastes fabulous! Value for money and staff are always super nice Vegetarian options: There are options for vegetarians but they do serve a lot of meat so it's down to personal preference Wheelchair accessibility: Great facilities, sloping entrance and level floor. Great for my crutches too Dietary restrictions: They have several warnings and try their best to accommodate. They are always eager to help so don't be afraid to ask, if they don't know they double check just to be safe
Ordered on deliveroo. There was hair in my food! The vegetable spring rolls were drenched in sweet and sour sauce, just a clump of soggy mess. Ordered noodles and rice with two toppings didn't receive noodles just hard rice with only one topping, one which i hadn't even ordered! How they can charge for this food is beyond me and hair being in the food is absolutely unacceptable.
Small portion , not enough food .it used to be much better, they put more food. I don't want to go there anymore.
rip off, large box with 2 base and 2 toppings, unless you are watching what they are doing behind the counter when serving you, you won't get what you asked for.....paid £8 for a bit of rice and chicken, 1 base 1 topping.....watch out!!
Ordered food from this so called establishment, was expensive for what I ordered but went ahead as I was hoping it would be good food, never got the food and was verbally abused by the driver called every name under the sun then hung up on, tried several times to ring the restaurant all attempts were cut off so they obviously didn’t want to know, tried calling for half an hour if not longer but just kept being cut off, won’t be bothering next time and now going through the stress of trying to get my money back, absolutely diabolical and they should be ashamed
Food has improved allot in the last year. Shame the customer services definitely haven't. No manners, not even a smile.
1st time coming here thought id pop in with my kids who thought it was brilliant trying to use chopsticks for the 1st time the food was lovely and plentiful will certainly be back when we are in the area again
Staffing seems to be a problem, with a turn over of new faces every visit. The one thing in common they all share is lack of customer service.
