Fantastic friendly and efficient staff   - I would recommend them to do all your laundry

The staff who works at Dot Cotton’s Laundrette in Newtownards are so so so rude, their attitude is appalling the and the customer service that I have received is absolutely disgusting so if you want to receive good customer service when you are getting washing done don’t go there!!!

Want your washing done.....this is the place to go...fast,friendly and do a brilliant job
