CASH Only.nI had an incredible dining experience at this Sree Lankan - South Asian restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring I had a fantastic meal. The food was simply amazing, with a perfect blend of spices that left me craving for more. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Moreover, the restaurant was impeccably clean and hygienic, giving me peace of mind. And to top it off, the prices were budget-friendly, making it a great value for the exceptional quality of food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious South Indian meal in a fantastic setting!nNote: Please be aware most of the dishes are very much spicy. We came to the temple and wanted to tey something different,hence dosa cornernThe food was much better than what i had expected. We went for a late lunch with a family of 6 peoplenAnd we ordered the below items,nChicken biriyaninLamb biriyaninKothu parottanDevils chickennChicken fried ricenChicken masala dosanIce cream and gulab jamunnnReally disappointed to see biriyani was served with same for chicken and lamb. Presume its same for veg biriyani too as we managed to find carrots pieces. I couldnt taste anything than spicebearable in biriyaninOthers dishes were better than average but the fried rice was exquisite. Made ua to travel back to India with the taste.nThe service was good.nWhat we didnt like was the fact that they allowed few drunk people to eat inside and the whole area where the hotel is located was bit scary tbh. Noisy, shouting and didnt feel like typical restaurant one would expectnnI might give a go atleast for the idiyappam which we missed to try
Ghee rava dosa, idli's, parotta and especially the kothu was very delicious. Felt like I was having a proper south Indian meal. Good portions too. Will be back.
Delicious South Indian and Srilankan food at a very reasonable price! The staff and the owner are very friendly and the place is kept clean and hygienic. We regularly visit them to relish their Puttu/ Idiyappam with Sambol & Sodhi, Biryani, Parotta with Curry and different Dosa varieties. They have also got a good selection of starters, beverages, Indian breads and even momos. Highly recommend this spot if you're craving for good South Indian & Srilankan food.
It's just been a week since this place opened. I absolutely loved the flavour, taste and the spice levels in the kothu parottas we took away last night. We also got a taste of their lamb Biryani and fell in love instantly.nnIt's so good to see a proper south Indian restaurant that delivers good quality and taste without compromising on the very essence of South Indian / Sri Lankan cuisines. I'm waiting to be back here for proper meals and give a more detailed summary.
