Dorringtons is reasonable Price wise, all the Food is fresh, tasty, Staff are very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness through out. Baguettes always have enough fillings in them Delicious. The Jam Doughnuts are always Fresh and tasty, with plenty of Jam in them
A really great mocha and sausage roll, very reasonably priced and friendly, approachable people. All I have to say really! Totally recommend.
Bought four jam doughnuts earlier, which were stale and had hardly any jam inside. For the price you charge, I am not at all impressed. I won't be returning.
Bakery with no fresh cream sponge cakes or meringues or éclairs, not even on Saturdays. You can order in advance but that a typical purchase you impulse buy when you see what you fancy. As there's nothing to see my rating is, just 'ok' in that respect.
Since refurbishment, the shop has been ever more a delight to visit. Pristine as to cleanliness and hygiene, welcoming by virtue of good staff, and great bread, cakes, pastries and coffee. Always a pleasure to visit Dorringtons in Stansted Mountfitchet!
Don't know why they use margarine. Good apart from that
shouldn't handle food with bare hands, wear gloves..?
For a 14 00 visit on a saturday afternoon, the staff offered to make me and sandwich from the stock they had left, good customer service. However, not all customers wearing masks when entering shop.
Love the white sandwich loaf and all the yummy thing's on display for me to buy. The staff are always very pleasant and friendly
If you don't love Dorrys, then whats your deal? Sometimes I doubt myself and where we're all going, as a species, but then I remember that Dorringtons is only up the road, and we must have done something right under the Lords eyes to deserve it. I don't know if theres an afterlife or any of that bizz, but I do know that if there is, it'll be green and white striped themed. Thank you Mr and Mrs Dorrington.
