DP products are good but they use a fraud shipping company hermes... Bunch of Crooks... Where by they attached wrong POD and dorothy perkins customer service reps working from home especially inefficient Mr. jordon just say sorry your parcel has been deliveried without investigating or checking the attachment sent. Please check the difference in the pics attached . My door frame, structure, color is completely different. Hermes didn't call as usual. Please be aware........ Scammers!!!!! Hermes Steal your parcels specially bigger one which they can leave it outside blaming passerbys. These guys just place the parcel outside your door or any other random door click pics and take it back but fortunately my door was a bit different couldn't get away easily and there is a possibility some of dorothy perkins staff is involved in these scams as they try their best to cover hermes.
Not recommend. The first time I meet that the company will ask the customer to report to the police that the courier has not delivered the parcel and the acceptance of the complaint from the client depends on it…
I ordered an item online , which is a jeans o my god I couldn’t believe it the tags were put broken ones , secondly the jeans had all cat or dog fur I honestly don’t know I was so uncomfortable to even wear the jeans I didn’t even wear and straight headed for my refund , very bad very sad virus is still not gone and sending this type of items .honestly I was very shocked looking at this service ,and the person who wore it one side of the leg fold was still be seen , unheigineic . I have never come across anything like this and the packing was not even proper packing bag it was tapped with white tape . All cat dog furr , I have been ordering from DP so much stuff now I’m like sceptical. Very bad please be careful when sending such type of item , just think if you guys were in my shoes , horrible experience and I could even see the jeans was worn by some one and returned it back
I found many nice fashion options and some deals.
I received 5 star customer service from the girls working on the tills today. I needed to return something but never received the online reciept. They spent maybe 20 minutes tracking down my transaction on their computer in order to put through the return. I really appreciated their help - thank you so much!
Dorothy Perkins Returns........so so difficult now. You need to download a qr code to use Hermes/Post Office, but I have not been able to do this on mobile which I often use when returning goods from Amazon so not my phone. DP customer service no longer has a contact number and expected to use whatsapp other media. Not happy. I have already paid for year's delivery service, but will not be buying from DP again. Angry customer.
Went to return a damaged item which was a pair and one item was damaged.. the shop floor manager on duty thinks she own the shop..very RUDE and very BAD customer service.. hope she will get it back from some where when do shopping... how can some one employee staff like this..that too as a manager... .@15:4003/01/2020..
