I called in the Sunday before last to fill up with Super Unleaded and they were out. I decided to put £20 of normal unleaded in to tide me over. I happened to have a £20 note in my wallet so paid with that. The next thing I knew was, I assume the manager, was shouting aggressively across the forecourt. Bad money, no good note, or something similar. I was shocked not only at how aggressive he was acting but also how rudely. I assume the staff have recently changed as they are usually never unprofessional. It turns out that the note was in fact the old style £20 which later on I realised had been passed to me as a gift over Christmas. I immediately went back in and paid. The manager was moody, unapologetic and just down right rude. I would strongly advise anyone not to use this petrol station and to use the Esso Pippbrook, which is literally 2 minutes away and charges the same, sometimes less. A real disappointment to Dorking business with shockingly bad customer service.
Visited the store to wash the car, paid 5 pounds, washing machine had an issue, car wasn’t dried, I told the guy at the till, he said i will refund you the 5 pounds put the card in, what they did was charging me again 5 pounds rather than refunding the money. So I paid 10 pounds in total. I just realised it a few days later when i logged in to my ebanking. I hope that was a mistake rather than done on purpose
me and a friend visited this shop a few weeks ago one late evening to buy some goods in store when we came to checkout the guy serving was told goods were marked half price we paid by card and when we checked our receipts he had not deducted the price when asked to refund the price difference he got very angry and said come back next day as he was not going to do it so i told him im going to report him to head office which i did and he then decided to refund all i say is be aware as this does happen here quite a lot so check your receipts before you leave,

Avoid! Be aware! The dearest in terms of price. Their fuel nozle has added disposable hand gloves holder, with screw sticking out, damaged my car's paint work on 29/05/2021. The cashier asked me to email the manager, which I did. No response. Sent email to the head office, no response. I don't use them anymore.

I usually go to buy gas bottles for my grill. within 2 weeks the price of the 5kg gas bottle for heat went from £ 24 to £ 30.99. I asked the employee why the price increase and she simply replied that everything increases in life. it also looks like they are doing me a favor by selling those gas bottles. well, now neither gas nor diesel or anything. we all win.
This place is always good for the car wash. £4.50 for a silver wash, great value.
You always run out of the popular cigarettes ! Buy more , it's really easy , this happens every week ! Your own brand stuff is disgusting , your soft drinks are almost double super market prices . Bought coffee today wrong price on shelf and the cashier new , old trick ! Now all the car bits have gone from outside , no compost or grow bags this year . You cannot change a business that's been there so long , small town people like Dorking will just go else where ! There's a shop one minute walk from you , you may like to take a look in there .
Staff always on very bad mood when patio gas needed. Sometimes I can see the gas but they say no. Then when I realize patio gas calor 5 kg in Bp 29,99£. ...others places 22,00£..
