Was volunteering at the Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival which was being hosted at Dorking Hall. Super event at a super venue. Car park was a little busy, so give yourself plenty of time if attending an event there.nIt was well staffed and well run.
Had a great time here watching our school concert. Comfortable seats and good view of stage from wherever you sit really. Parking just outside, albeit a bit busy at times, and venue is easy to get to and find well signposted.
So lucky to have Dorking Halls. Great venue showing all latest films at a reasonable price. The yearly membership is really worth getting. Been twice in recent weeks to see different comedians - both shows were excellent. Love the variety of shows DH offer. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Bar good too. Can’t comment on food as haven’t eaten there. Overall though great venue
Excellent venue. Good service at bar even at a busy show. Seating was adequate and comfortable. Sound was excellent. The carpark next door can get full, so don't rely on being able to find a spot on a busy evening!
Helpful staff. We went there to watch a movie, and of course, it was very popular. Lots of kids and families were there. The seats were comfortable better than most places. The only thing it lacks is cup holders, but otherwise, it is pretty good for watching movies on the screen. There is a bar as well to get drinks and food. There is also a theater to watch live plays, which is a nice touch—a hybrid cinema and theater all in one place. Next door is a swimming pool and gym, as it is connected to one large building with two different businesses.
