Quite possibly one of the worst telephone systems in the world. The different options either don't work to send you in a loop to the beginning, only to tell you that the switchboard's mail box is full and cannot receive calls - and its been like this for days, if not longer.

My mum Eve only spent a few days there but was looked after amazingly well and I cannot thank the staff enough, especially Jenny and Connor.  She only moved because Epsom was easier for visiting.
