We were very pleased with the service provided to us by Doree Bonner in moving our house contents into storage & delivering them several months later to our new home. The whole process went very smoothly & they made it as stress free as they could from start to finish. Nick who came to assess our requirements was very professional & knowledgable. Shane & Richard took great care in packing our contents into the storage containers. Stuart & Ashley delivered the containers from storage to our new address, unloaded them & carefully moved the items to the correct rooms without damaging carpets / walls, etc. Both crews were polite, friendly & helpful. When everything was unpacked, we were very pleased to find that no items had been damaged or broken. We would highly recommend Doree Bonner removal / storage services.

We used packing and removal service. Called beforehand to confirm times etc. Guys worked really hard, were helpful and did a brilliant job. Would definitely recommend.

The team at Doree Bonner are amazing! From the administrative staff, to warehouse and through to removal team - all just fab! We felt we were in such safe hands. They provided all the packing materials as we chose to pack our possessions ourselves. The team on moving day were fantastic - Shane and the team worked tirelessly but were also great fun to have around! I almost didn't want them to leave when they had finished unloading as they were so helpful! Thank you so so much. Will definitely be highly recommending Bonner to anyone else we know who is moving.

Excellent Service from the Bath team, particularly as exchange and completion of the house sale was challenging and happened at short notice. This did not appear to phase Nick too much, and with some juggling (helped by the fact that the firm has national coverage and vehicles that seem to be everywhere) I was able to secure a vehicle. Two crews involved who packed and delivered perfectly, with good humour whilst cracking on with the job. All my possessions arrived in excellent condition, and as there were no wardrobes in my new house, the guys left me with the hangers until I have sorted this out, and they will then be returned with the empty boxes. Doree Bonner did a great job with packing and removal of my household goods. Unfortunately I had some communication issues sorting out delivery but once I had highlighted these the company responded swiftly and courteously. Colin the regional manager was particularly helpful in rearranging delivery in a timely fashion. The removal and delivery team were polite, efficient and professional at all times. I would like to thank the staff at the Glasgow branch for their help in assisting with my move.
