The staff at the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. They kept me up with delivery dates and accommodated the fact that our decorating hadn’t been completed on time. Jordan and Joe, who delivered the sofa bed, were fantastic! I cannot recommend Doorway to Value highly enough.
30% fee for returning a brand new sofa as it didn't fit trough the door. Bad thing we didn't get measurements right, but now left with a £300+ hole in our budget and there's no info on the contract about it or any details in regards to it
I am on my 3rd leather suite after receiving 2 faulty ones.Give this store a wide berth I am. In my opinion don’t give a staff member called Michelle a tip as she will throw it back in your face and report you to senior management.nI have left negative reviews on the web and I have been hassled by Michelle to remove them over the phone and the manager John Richardson has been to my property asking me to remove them.nMy security cameras will confirm all of this.NOT fit for purpose this store in my opinion.
Happy with the settee and chair. Also bought extra material to make window seat cushion and cover footstool. One star less due to delivery time delay and having to chase up for delivery of the material for some reason the material took longer than the settee?
I have just ordered a Settee from Doorway to Value, I dealt with Kelly Langton in the store on 3 separate occasions before I made my choice.nKelly was excellent, very approachable, but at the same time, she was professional in her approach. Extremely helpful, polite and accommodating.nHighly Highly recommend the company and in particular Kelly.
