Great service. Had a faulty UPVC front door that wouldn't lock, so couldn't leave the house. He was there within the house and had it fixed and working again very quickly. Faultless service and very reasonable price, considering it was an urgent callout.
I lost my key after a big Saturday night out. With no spare key, I was in a bit of trouble on the Sunday. I got in touch with Neil off the back of a recommendation, sent him a photo of the door lock and within half an hour he had me back in my flat again for a very very reasonable price. Highly professional and friendly service, my go to locksmith from now on.
Stellar work today by Neil on a job that proved trickier than expected, enlarging the door opening for a larger letter box. Nevertheless, he took it in his stride and we are very pleased with the result. Doorcall have absolutely lived up to their reputation and reviews. Had a particularly tricky job to retrofit some electronic locks to PVC doors for a business. Suffice to say the job had come challenges but everything was dealt with in a timely, professional and very cost-effective manner. Genuine pleasure to have worked with them and definitely my default go to now for anything lock related.

Had an emergency issue with a window lock late in evening. I received a call back within a couple of minutes, and received on the phone instructions on how to secure the window for my father's house with the lock being broken. Life saver. Thanks again.
