Avoid at all costs! 2 year old composite door has peeled all over. After numerous emails to them they have sent one back, indicating no intention to remediate the poor quality door. All we are requesting is for it to be painted so that it doesn’t bubble and peel again in the future. I’d have given zero stars if I could.

I work in the double glazing trade and have found that the customer service and standard of the product has gone totally down hill. Everything seems to be the customers fault, rude and uncaring staff. Everything to do with Doorstop is hassle these days Avoid

New door supplied by the company. Warped very badly. Amazingly, replaced under warranty, then the new doors warped as well. So far they're not answering phone calls. Avoid at all costs

I have been waiting 6 weeks for a replacement door from this company. I would not recommend this company to any body. They take your money then not interested in dealing with any issues stay well clear of them use another supplier.

I have not even ordered a door yet but their website is the worst and most infuriating I have seen in a very long time! Impossible to select the options I want!

Had the fitter back three times to fix my composite door, fitted in September 2018, rubber seal replaced, hinges realigned, and Ultion lock seized up, WOULDNT RECOMMEND.
