After ordering 40 cup handles and knobs, it was inevitable a few would have minor imperfections.  I contacted the team to ask if I could exchange, they were so helpful and I had replacements sent free of charge on next day delivery.  Really friendly and nothing too much trouble, I will definitely be back!

I searched for a door knob on a rectangular backplate for ages and found one here that was absolutely perfect. It was low profile, simple and was a quality item, just what I wanted. Last night I ordered another pair for the other side of the double doors but I had forgotten to read my wife's mind and this morning she told me she wanted antique brass not satin nickel so I emailed the company at lunchtime and within an hour or so I received confirmation my order had been amended, Thank you Sandy, great products and fantastic service.

Recommend without hesitation.  Placed an order with Handles 4 U, approximately 40 pieces.  Was having trouble with the first install, emailed Customer Services late on a Thursday expecting an answer back the next day, but the MD responded within ten minutes with advice...which worked.  Great service all around and on the items we purchased Heritage Brass and Delmain, excellent value and quality. Delivery was prompt.

Great company to deal with - I ordered some handles, but noticed was one short 45 seconds after I submitted the basket.  No problems - I emailed the help line and received a call within an hour to update my order.  All arrived in 2 days. And the quality is great for my new kitchen.

I called into the showroom and was helped in selecting a set of handles and latches that worked well together, also while matching the sizes of my existing ones. I'm very happy with the result - the products are excellent, feel very solid and the prices were low much better value than your usual DIY chains. A great local, expert supplier.

Handles are great but let down by incredibly cheap screws which sheered off when fitting. It made a simple project much longer than it should have been and was very frustrating. Decent screws cost pennies. Poor quality screws are horrible to work with. Why spoil your good quality handles with poor screws?
