Very disappointed with the customer service. I really liked this shop and when I visited with my daughter she bought some sunglasses. The frames broke after a few months and when she complained she had to wait a couple of weeks for a response. After chasing up the issue the person working in the shop relayed the owners response to be, ‘we won’t be able to do anything for you on this occasion’ No apology, goodwill gesture and definitely no chance of a replacement pair. Very unhelpful, the glasses weren’t on sale, weren’t cheap and the owner of the shop clearly didn’t really care about the situation. I noticed the owners states customer care is very important to her but clearly not in this case. I shall definitely not be shopping here again and would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Both the shops are absolutely gorgeous and the ladies that work they are really lovely , the clothes are fabulous as are all the bags , footwear , gorgeous accessories , definitely recommend anybody to go there for something different
The staff are always so helpful, the owner L is so lovely and great with kids, they alway have a box of toys and things for children to play with while you try on clothes and choose items so it's the perfect 'Mummy' shop! The garments are beautifully displayed in order of colours giving you the immediate feel for the materials, patterns and styles. The Jewellery and accessories are also bang on trend and call to you like Sirens as you shop sparkling in the corners! L has an amazing eye for design and hand picks the best of the Seasons wonderfully and as a designer I adore the shopping experience at Doodie Stark their stores are amazingly set up both in Lindfield and Horsham. Keep up the good work all! x
I follow this beautiful business on Instagram and having a seen a dress I liked, called the shop for advice with sizing. Very helpful staff, processed my order there and then, dress arrived the next day and was perfect. Thank you so much!
I would highly recommend Doodie Stark. The customer service is always friendly and honest with no pressure to buy. The variety of the clothes and accessories are great, a range in prices to high to lower . A great independent shop with fantastic clothes . Especially since covid it’s important to support local businesses.
Awful shop, owner rude and unhelpful. Owner actually swore at my child! My advice go to the dressing room They sell most of the same clothes for less and are nice!
This store is just fabulous full of wonderful items which are stunning and pretty, items with lovely fabrics and great service.
No customer service at all. Too focused on unpacking items. When asked a question almost felt like I was bothering the assistant. Worst shopping experience ever!
Such a great place to shop in Horsham. Great selection of clothes and really kind & caring staff.
Very welcoming staff my 1st visit and was very impressed when the staff knowledge and helpfulness and I left with my purchases wrapped nicely too
