Sat waiting for the bus on stand 12 today around 5.30 pm looking out of the window were the cardboard compact machine is i counted 42 large rats running back n forwards across the area the Gregg's wagon just done a delivery that many rats u need a new exterminator i was shocked to see so many having the time of their lives n a gd feed
Can someone explain to your drivers why passengers have to wait at the bus stop in Rotherham 37031037? An hour because no buses have been arriving for an hour and they have only turned on non service. Is this some kind of joke?
First time to Doncaster. Was told to get the bus from North Bridge stop. The driver was so rude and wouldn't let me on. Disgusting.
Do not sort out gangs that hang out around the bus stops or tunnels on either side making people in the interchange uneasy and unsafe. Charging people just to go to toilet because some people won’t have the choice to go to the upstairs free bathroom. I can’t give a good rating when we are either charged to do our natural business we can’t help or left suffer if we won’t pay. Disgusting way to treat customers.
Glad they stopped charging for use of toilets, I only paid when it was an emergency, other than that I went upstairs to the free ones, also I hope the staff who deal with letting ppl into disabled toilets are being more strict as it's annoying when I see ppl more than capable of using normal toilets using disabled ones. I'm disabled myself but only use disabled toilets if my only other option is stairs.
