Andy has cared for my own and rescued animals for over 10 years. From birth to death, I can say they have had kind and compassionate treatment. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
Excellent service for the 5 years I was in the area,nnMy cat has a long term medical issue, and these guys were simply fantastic with her. Andrew especially genuinely cared and was fantastic with her.nnCan’t recommend enough.
This place is amazing. Andrew the lead vet couldnt have been kinder when I took in a puppy we had rescued. He offered me lots of advice regarding not just your usual info vax, worming, flea but also information regarding breed, diet, growth and temperament.nI have been offered cheaper options but have always declined them because as with a lot of things here you get what you pay for.nTheir worm and flea scheme is great and all three of my dogs are now signed up.nI wouldnt go anywhere else as I feel my pets are in the best hands at this practice and the vets truly care.nReception staff also brilliant and always take the time to talk to my children which is greatly appreciated always.nIf you are looking for a vet, look no further.
After having a very traumatic experience with another vets we started using Donaldson's and I can honestly say they are fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and super helpful going above and beyond to try to make our dogs visit to the vets better. Thank you Donaldson's you guys are just amazing.
