This shop is an absolute gem. It is a proper, old school hardware shop that sells everything from cheese graters to calor gas bottles, rotary washing lines to 5mm fibre washers. An absolute asset to the town where you'll find pretty much anything you need for DIY,  home decorating and gardening. I cannot recommend Donaldson's highly enough.

We dropped in to this shop on our way home from a lovely Scottish holiday. Great little gift shop. Lots of choice with reasonable prices. Wish they had a website so I could order more.

A great shop with an amazing range of products from gift ideas to traditional ironmongery. Friendly and helpful staff adds to the high standard of the shop.

They have almost everything you need and we like to support them not only in covid times when most people want them all the time when they need us as customers
