The doctors, nurses and receptionists have all been really good from my experience. It's also nice to be able to book appointments and repeat prescriptions online. 

Reception could do with a better layout though as you have to walk through the queue in order to get into the waiting room. There's also not much privacy when speaking to the receptionists at times, which isn't great.

Would give it less than 1 star if possible. I cant get an appointment. I work to 1330 on a Friday and would like an appointment on any Friday after 1330 to see a doctor outside working hours but can't get this unless I phone at 1200 on a Friday (while I am working and unable to phone) Who makes these rules!!!!!! Do T really have to take time off work to book an appointment???

Disappointed! All the girls in reception are great!  Gp's listened to my husband!  What century are we living in?
