I have been bringing my bikes to Don Skene since 2018.The staff are so friendly and the knowledge they have is unbelievable .The charge for fitting parts and fixing your bike is very competitive and is a very quick turn around.I've been cycling 20 years and i would highly recommend them.
Bought a Specialized Roubaix from Don and the crew. They are sooooo knowledgeable and their after care is just so old school- nothing is too much bother for them. Even took my wheels over to get tyres on them when I struggled to fit on the tubeless set-up - a bit of old fashioned muscle got them on for me. If they can get the bike for you at a price you feel is right then you’d be frankly mad to go anywhere else
5 stars are not enough for the fantastic team at Don Skene Cycles. Jon, Paul & team are legends! This is the best experience I have ever had in a bike shop. I had a poor experience with another AMFlow dealer who promised a bike within 1 to 3 weeks and 4 months after, I was still waiting for my AMFlow. I was very lucky that someone recommended me Don Skene Cycles. Within a week, I got a happy phone call from Jon to confirm my bike had arrived. I am based in Milton Keynes, but it was well worth the journey to Cardiff. The team are passionate about customer service and cycling. They are honest, caring and knowledgeable people who put customers at the heart of everything they do. I cannot recommend them enough. A huge Thank You to Don Skene Cycles for the first class service. I love my AMFlow bike and the experience purchasing the bike was amazing.
