I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this charming little restaurant with bags of atmosphere, open views to kitchen so you can watch your food being cooked and very friendly staff. The internal decor would best be described as trying to conjure up a rustic Italian village feel, so do not expect a glitzy interior, but the food was fabulous. Vegan options plural! were available and exciting - and tasted great! Highly recommend this place if you are in vicinity.
Not been since Covid, however, no change in my assessment. It's 10/10 again. Delicious food, good portions, the sea bass was amazing highly recommended. Lovely evening.Food: 5/5
We really wanted to like this place as the atmosphere is great and it is local to us. Unfortunately we waited over an hour and a half for our main course, which we would’ve been fine with if the food was good - but unfortunately it fell short. Everything was over cooked and under seasoned. It seems most of the regulars ordered pizza & pasta so we may return to try this, but the seabass & chicken specials we had were very over cooked and not particularly tasty.
Excellent food always good, very slow took 20min to give order then over 30min till starter arived and nearly an hour for mains from empty starter plates going then had to ask for bill 4 times added another 30min, think they need an extra cook

Absolutely fantastic food, friendly service and will definitely back. Used to go to an Italian on Orford Lane but Don Luigis food is another level.Food: 5/5
