Awful service..so ordered a pepperoni passion plus a drink part of a meal deal,eventually turned up a chicken and mushroom no drink So I Called to complain and was told they are very sorry and will resend the original pizza that we ordered within about 20 mins… Fast forward an hour and still NO pizza!! , I call them again to be then told that no pizza will be delivered as there is a problem with delivery drivers!!!! ….I said well an hour ago they assured me they would resend,so what’s changed?? No answer could be given and was told a refund will be given within 3-4 days.. Absolutely terrible service… Without a care for customers Stay clear!!!!!
Always very good quality, best in the area after trying each local place. This Dominos doesn't skimp on the toppings/sauce and the base was perfectly cooked. This is now my go to Dominos.
Ordered a pizza, picked up and drove 20 minutes home to realise it was meat I’m a veggie called and was told they can’t deliver a new one but I could have a refund but then they put the phone down and kept putting the phone down when I tried to call back, never again!
The worse dominos ever. I’ve ordered with them 3 times now and this is the last one. Every time I’m waiting ages need to call up or it says it was delivered but it was not. Whole driver crew should be fired!
So con artists have been put in charge? Guy on phone was just making up prices for how much we'd be charged. Might have to report to trading standards or something. Used to be a great place. Now, I'm done. Pizza guys are better. Avoid at all cost!
Ordered 3 double decadence pizzas and they were all undercooked, too much sauce and it was falling apart. Very disappointed and the worst dominos experience I've ever had. Order from the Bishops Stortford branch if you can!!
I’ve ordered from this shop twice, first time it took 2 hours to arrive and was cold, the second they phoned me after 40 mins and said they were very busy and it would be another hour for delivery so would I like to collect. Honestly the worst dominos I’ve ever used
What the hell has happened?? this Dominoes is ZERO star. Ordered Pizza and sides, app said it was on it way. Waited 45 minutes. No delivery. Phoned them. 'Oh sorry, app has technical issue, your Pizza hasn't been made yet'. Eventually it arrived 45 minutes later. COLD. We live 5 minutes away by car. Basically, GO ELSEWHERE.
Ordered twice from here both times the food has been cold and over one and a half hours late the worst domino’s in the country should be closed down being run by clowns!!!!!
Ordered at 6 p.m. it's now past 8 p.m. and still did not get the pizza!!!! The worse Domino pizza I have ever experienced!!!!!!!
